A live staged radio play adaptation of The Ghost Stories of M. R. James.

Performed at the Unitarian Meeting House in Bury St Edmunds, the show will be rather like watching a live recording of a Radio 4 radio play, but with additional costume, lighting, and music soundscapes.

Refreshments will be available. Cash only event. Pre booked tickets only.

This is fundraising event for The Abbey Heritage Project in Bury St Edmunds.

M. R. James grew up in Suffolk and was at Kings College Cambridge, where he read his ghost stories to his fellow academics and students at Christmas.
